Good Music & Good Eats

Ever wonder what’s good to eat while you’re stranded at music festival? There are only so many potato chips and water bottles to keep you satisfied through the hot summer days. For the long weekend of the music festival, you won’t find yourself leaving the grounds. That’s why I partnered with food blogger of De(lys)ious, Alyssa DeFonte (who’s attending a music festival for the first time this summer!), to elaborate on the variety of food options you can devour at Firefly Music Festival.

As a first time festival goer, it’s easy to forget the food aspect of your essentials. In your mind, your priorities are your clothes and your sleeping bags. Unfortunately, the bag of popcorn you threw in your trunk before you left the house will not last you the weekend. Luckily at Firefly, forgetting your food won’t leave you starving, due to the endless dining options.

Festivals are know for their diverse food vendors. At Firefly, they are lined up alongside one another to satisfy all palettes. All menus highlight specialty items for the vegetarian and gluten free music lovers.

Some food options include mouthwatering burgers from The Burger Joint and hot and steamy pizza from the Delaware locals favorite: Grotto’s Pizza. Make sure to pick up a big plate of the delicious nachos from the Mexican vendor has to offer!

… & don’t forget to wash everything down with an India Pale Ale from the Dogfish Head Brewery!
